Exchange & Return Policy

JOON has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. For return requests due to quality issues, JOON will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order.

You may get one time exchange on any item bought from JOON within 7 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.

For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by JOON at the customer’s expense.

All our international orders are delivered via DHL Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for orders shipped internationally. However, if items are defected, you may either request an exchange or receive store credit that can be used for a future purchase made with JOON. International customers will not be required to send the product back to JOON when processing a return or exchange.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defected we will be willing to process a refund.
